Enjoy a nice ride from the city center along the river and outside of Prague. On the way, we’ll pass through Kunratice Forest and ride along the Greenway (Prague–Vienna) bike path. The ride takes about 2.5 hours with a few short stops. The route is mostly flat, with one hill (from 190 to 315 meters).
We’ll arrive in the charming town of Průhonice, home to a beautiful medieval castle built on a rocky hill above the Botič stream, next to a Romanesque chapel that dates back to the 13th century.
We’ll stop for lunch at a traditional Czech restaurant, then take a walk to explore the castle, the botanical garden, and part of the large park. The park was founded in 1885 and covers 250 hectares. It’s a masterpiece of landscape architecture and home to around 1,600 species of local and exotic plants.We’ll return to Prague by train. The whole trip is guided by our friendly and helpful tour leader.
Note: You can use either a regular or electric bike. The ride is at an easy pace — an e-bike won’t make you faster, but it will make the trip easier.

- Průhonice Park tickers are NOT included. Tickets could be bought separately (Adults - 160 Kc, Children, Students & Seniors - 110 Kc). Groups of 10 or more people receive a 10% discount when paying together. The discount does not apply to online tickets or ticket machines.
- Use of regular & electric bikes are allowed for the same tour. The tour goes at an easy and not a fast pace and using an e-bike will not make you go faster but makes the trip easier.

NOTE:
- This is a 28 km (18 miles) bike ride of 3,5 - 4 hours riding time with breaks and refreshment stops along the way.
- The tour, although being a very enjoyable bike ride, with almost no hills, does require a certain fitness level and bicycle riding skills (guests must be able to ride a bike and be fit to cycle 28km/18miles as alternative you can reserve an e-bike in order to keep the pace about 14km(9miles)/per hour).
- We recommend bringing comfortable/sports clothing & shoes, and anything you might need for a day out, based on your individual requirements (cereal snacks, sport drinks).
- If any of the above should appear to be a problem, we will happily help you find a more suitable tour or change your reservation.
